Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
- Add 2 oz of brandy to the glass.
- Pour in 1 oz of fresh lime juice.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Swizzle the mixture with a swizzle stick or bar spoon until mixed and chilled.
- Top off with soda water to taste.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
