Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 ounces of rye whiskey.
- Pour in 1 ounce of fresh grapefruit juice.
- Add 0.5 ounces of honey syrup (1:1 honey and water).
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from a grapefruit twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
