Cachaça Boulevardier
A Brazilian twist on the classic Boulevardier, substituting cachaça for whiskey, creating a rich and complex cocktail with herbal and citrus notes.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour in 1.5 oz of cachaça.
- Add 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Pour in 1 oz of Campari.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
