Cachaça com Abacaxi
A refreshing Brazilian cocktail that combines the unique flavor of cachaça with the sweetness of pineapple.
Instructions
- Juice half of a fresh pineapple to get about 4 oz of pineapple juice.
- In a highball glass, fill it with ice cubes.
- Pour in 2 oz of cachaça over the ice.
- Add the freshly squeezed pineapple juice and stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint.
