Cachaça Jungle Bird
A tropical twist on the classic Jungle Bird, featuring the unique flavors of cachaça and a refreshing balance of bitterness and sweetness.
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of cachaça.
- Pour in 0.75 oz of Campari.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice.
- Add 0.75 oz of pineapple juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint.
