History
The Michelada is a traditional Mexican drink, often likened to a Bloody Mary but served with beer. The Cachaça Michelada adds a Brazilian flair with Cachaça, creating a unique fusion that highlights the vibrant flavors of both cultures.
Instructions
Step 1.
- Rim the beer mug with lime juice and dip into chili powder to coat the rim.
Step 2.
- In the mug, add 1 oz of lime juice and a few dashes of hot sauce.
Step 3.
- Pour in 4 oz of chilled Cachaça.
Step 4.
- Add 6 oz of cold lager beer and stir gently to mix.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.

6 oz Lager Beer — chilled
1 tsp Chili powder — for rimming
