Step 1.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 1.5 oz of cachaça.
Step 3.
- Pour in 0.75 oz of sweet vermouth.
Step 4.
- Add 0.75 oz of Benedictine.
Step 5.
- Dash of Angostura bitters.
Step 6.
- Dash of Peychaud's bitters.
Step 7.
- Stir until chilled and well combined.
Step 8.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
Step 9.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a cherry.
