- Cut the lime into wedges and place them at the bottom of an old fashioned glass.
- Add the sugar over the lime wedges.
- Muddle the lime and sugar together to release the lime juice and mix with sugar.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice to the top.
- Pour the Licor Beirão over the ice and gently stir to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
