Instructions

- Cut the pineapple into small cubes and place them in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add the sugar over the pineapple and muddle them together until the pineapple is well juiced and the sugar begins to dissolve.
- Add the mint leaves, gently muddle to release the mint oils without shredding the leaves.
- Pour in the cachaça over the mixture.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir gently to combine all the flavors.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a sprig of mint before serving.
