Caipirinha de Maracujá
A tropical twist on the classic Brazilian Caipirinha, this cocktail features delicious passion fruit, making it a refreshing delight for any occasion.
Instructions
- Cut the lime into wedges and place them in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add the sugar over the lime, then muddle gently to release the juices and dissolve the sugar.
- Scoop out the pulp of the passion fruit and add it to the glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice, then pour the cachaça over the top.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Garnish with a slice of passion fruit and a sprig of mint.
