Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz Canadian whiskey, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth, and 1/4 oz lemon juice.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the surface of the drink before dropping it in.
