The Cask Strength Cocktail
A robust and flavorful cocktail highlighting the boldness of cask strength whiskey, balanced with fresh citrus and a hint of sweetness.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz of cask strength whiskey.
- Add 0.5 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Add 0.25 oz of simple syrup.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
