Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 oz of Cognac, 0.5 oz of green Chartreuse, 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.25 oz of simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
