Step 1.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 1.5 ounces of brandy.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
Step 4.
- Add 0.5 ounces of Lillet Blanc or dry vermouth (optional).
Step 5.
- Stir well until chilled.
Step 6.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 7.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
