Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice and water.
- In a mixing glass, combine the gin (or vodka), dry vermouth, and olive brine.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with one or two olives.
