A classic cocktail that balances the sweetness of vermouth with the depth of rum, creating a rich and flavorful drink that transports you to another world.

Instructions

- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water and letting it sit.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of aged rum and 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
