Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water and letting it sit.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of aged rum and 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixing glass.
Step 4.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
