Elderflower Aviation
A floral twist on the classic Aviation cocktail, the Elderflower Aviation features refreshing elderflower liqueur and gin, creating a perfect balance of floral and citrus notes.
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, 0.25 oz of maraschino liqueur, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an edible flower or a twist of lemon peel.
