Instructions
- In a shaker, add 2 ounces of bourbon, 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur, and 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and a few lemon wedges to the shaker.
- Muddle the mint and lemon gently to release their flavors.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lemon wheel.
