- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz gin, 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur, and 1 oz cooled chamomile tea.

- Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Top with 3 oz soda water and gently stir to combine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with chamomile flowers and a lemon twist.
