Elderflower Citrus Fizz
A refreshing and floral cocktail that combines the lightness of elderflower liqueur with zesty citrus and a sparkling finish.
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 1.5 oz of gin over the ice.
- Add 1 oz of elderflower liqueur to the glass.
- Squeeze half a lemon and add 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Top with 3 oz of soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
