Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 1.5 oz of elderflower liqueur,
Step 3.
- Add 1 oz of fresh lemon juice and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
Step 4.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
Step 6.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a citrus wheel and a sprig of mint.
