Instructions
- In a shaker, add 2 fresh figs, cut into quarters, and press them gently with a muddler to release some juice.
- Add 1.5 oz of gin, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, and the juice of half a lemon to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with soda water to taste and gently stir.
- Garnish with a slice of fig and a sprig of fresh mint.
