Step 1.
- Chill a champagne flute.
Step 2.
- In a shaker with ice, combine 1.5 oz vodka and 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur.
Step 3.
- Add 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
Step 4.
- Shake well and strain into the chilled champagne flute.
Step 5.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine or champagne.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
