Elderflower Honey Collins
A floral twist on the classic Tom Collins, combining gin, elderflower, and honey for a refreshing drink.
Instructions
- Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and edible flowers.
