Elderflower Lime Sparkler

Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 1.5 ounces of elderflower liqueur over the ice.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lime (about 0.75 ounces).
- Top with 4 ounces of sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
