Step 1.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Pour in 1.5 oz of elderflower liqueur.
Step 3.
- Add 2 oz of mango puree.
Step 4.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the shaker.
Step 5.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 6.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 7.
- Top with 2 oz of soda water.
Step 8.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of mango.
