Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of gin and 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Discard the ice water from the champagne flute and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine to add effervescence.
