Instructions

Step 1.
- Puree fresh peaches until smooth, then strain to remove any solids.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine the peach puree and elderflower liqueur.
Step 3.
- Gently stir to combine the ingredients without losing carbonation.
Step 4.
- Pour the mixture into a champagne flute, filling it halfway.
