Elderflower Pearl Martini
A refreshing twist on the classic martini, featuring floral notes from elderflower liqueur that complement the crispness of vodka.
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 ounces of fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with an elderflower blossom or a twist of lemon. Serve immediately.
