- Pour in 1 oz of pomegranate juice.
Step 4.
- Stir gently to combine.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
Step 6.
- Top with 2 oz of sparkling water.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and a twist of lemon.
