Step 1.
- Muddle fresh raspberries at the bottom of a shaker.

- Add gin and elderflower liqueur to the shaker with ice.
Step 3.
- Shake gently until well combined.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
