Instructions

Step 1.
- Muddle 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary in a shaker to release the oils.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup to the shaker filled with ice.
Step 3.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
