Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
