Step 1.
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur and 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice with ice.
Step 3.
- Shake gently to combine and chill the mixture.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
Step 5.
- Top off with 4 oz of sparkling wine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with an elderflower blossom or a thin slice of lemon.
