Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute before serving.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz elderflower liqueur and 1 oz apricot juice along with ice.
- Stir the ingredients gently to mix and chill.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 4 oz of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a thin slice of apricot and a sprig of mint.
