Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer or with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1 oz of elderflower liqueur and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice with ice. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled flute.
- Top with 4 oz of sparkling wine, allowing it to gently mix with the liqueur.
- Garnish with an edible flower or a twist of lemon peel.
