Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator or with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice over ice.
- Stir gently to chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.
