Instructions
- Infuse chamomile tea in hot water for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of cooled chamomile tea, 1 ounce of elderflower liqueur, and 1 ounce of gin.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
- Top with 3 ounces of sparkling wine or soda water.
- Garnish with edible flowers or a thin slice of lemon.
