Elderflower Sparkling Chili

Instructions
- Muddle one slice of fresh chili in a shaker to release its flavor.
- Add 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with 3 oz sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of chili and an edible flower.
