Instructions
- Fill a champagne flute with ice to chill.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, and the juice of half a lemon.
- Shake well with ice and strain into the chilled flute.
- Top up with 3 oz of sparkling water or champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and an edible flower.
