Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of gin with 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur.
- Add ice and shake gently to mix.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with an elderflower blossom.
