Step 1.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

- Add 1.5 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
Step 5.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a thin slice of apple.
