Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 1.5 oz of elderflower liqueur to the shaker.
- Pour in 1 oz of hibiscus syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine or prosecco.
- Garnish with an edible flower or a twist of lemon peel.
