Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a shaker, add 1 oz of elderflower liqueur and 2 oz of fresh kiwi juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top the drink with 4 oz of sparkling wine or prosecco.
- Garnish with a slice of kiwi and an edible flower on top.
