Elderflower Sparkling Lemon
A refreshing cocktail that combines the floral notes of elderflower with the crispness of lemon and sparkling water, perfect for summer gatherings.
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 oz of gin to the glass.
- Pour in 1 oz of elderflower liqueur.
- Squeeze half a fresh lemon to extract the juice and add it to the mix.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling water.
- Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of elderflower.
