Instructions
- Fill a champagne flute with ice to chill.
- In a shaker, combine the elderflower liqueur and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Shake well to combine.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top off with sparkling wine or soda water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and an elderflower blossom if available.

• 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 3 oz Sparkling wine or soda water
• Ice cubes
• 1 Lime Wheel
• 1 Elderflower blossom
