Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator or with ice.
- In a mixing glass, combine the elderflower liqueur and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine, filling to the rim.
- Garnish with an elderflower sprig and a twist of lemon peel.
