Elderflower Sparkling Nectarine

Instructions
- Muddle the fresh nectarines in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to the shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a slice of nectarine and an elderflower sprig.
