Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur and 2 oz peach puree.
- Shake gently to mix the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the chilled flute.
- Top with 3 oz sparkling wine, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh peach and a sprig of mint.
