Step 1.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 1.5 oz of elderflower liqueur and 2 oz of pear juice to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
Step 5.
- Top with 2 oz of sparkling water.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a slice of pear and an elderflower sprig.
